Day 317 - 323 and Shop of the Week

I've started to struggle now we're approaching the end of the challenge and being pregnant has left me pretty tired each day. Luckily I've found a stash of jewellery I had forgotten I even owned (eek!) so I think I've got enough to complete the challenge and make up for the 13 days I missed earlier in the year.

My Shop of the Week this week is Links of London purely because of their brilliant Movember range. Check out this amazing moustache charm! I am a big fan of Movember and think they have done incredibly well to not only run a brilliant campaign but also engage some incredible partners, such as Links.

This week I've been wearing a lot of necklaces, a fair bit of Accessorize and hand made pieces, top to bottom; red bead and button necklace (hand made), red bead necklace (Accessorize), blue, black and shell bead necklace (Accessorize), Russian doll necklace on chunky chain (hand made), turquoise and crystal necklace (hand made), natural bead necklace (hand made) and old and red bead necklace (hand made).

Day 203 - Juzi necklace

I first read about Juzi in Look Magazine a few years ago and I loved the whole project! I'm going to tell you more about then in the next post so for now just enjoy the picture and you'll find out more shortly!

Day 177 - Red bead necklace

I made this a while ago and thought I'd wear it today as I've got a nice red dress on. Its just three strands of simple red seed beads interspersed with some red cube shaped beads. Nothing too fancy, but when its this humid you don't want anything too fiddly do you!

Day 102 - Red glass bead earrings

These are just some simple glass bead earrings, not dissimilar to these ones I wore in February.

I made these a while ago, if I remember rightly to match a dress I was wearing that day! I never feel that 'done' when I've got my hair tied back so it's nice to pop on some earrings to finish an outfit-and it makes me feel a bit more 'ready!'

Day 93 - Chunky red flower ring

Yep, another birthday present! I have a lot of rings but do often fall into the trap of wearing the same one or two all the time. I'm hoping thsi challenge will help me change this as I have some really fab rings that I've made as well as some vintage pieces and some more contemporary designs. This was a present from a friend who I saw this weekend and I really like the pop of red; I'm wearing it today with a red dress and black tights/cardi so its really helping to make the red stand out.

Day 62 - red stone bracelet

I made this bracelet using silver beads and red gem stone chips, strung on some elastic. I like the fact it looks a liitle bit like something a cavewoman would wear! You can't really make out the colours too clearly on this photo but the stones are a vibrant red colour. I'm wearing a red dress today so hooray for colour blocking!
